Cancellation Policy, Terms and Permissions
You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by fax at (203) 548-9038 or email registration (at) isixsigma.com by December 10, 2008. Your registration will be refunded less a $300 processing fee. Cancellation requests after December 10, 2008 will not be refunded. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization.
iSixSigma Live! Summit & Awards is open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.
iSixSigma reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
By registering for an iSixSigma event, you agree to receive e-mail notifications about future iSixSigma events and other iSixSigma products and services. iSixSigma reserves the right to use photographs or video of any attendee in promotional materials. iSixSigma reserves the right to video sessions for future educational purposes.
iSixSigma assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
Event sessions may not be video taped without special permission from iSixSigma in advance of the event. Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission but only for personal use. Session video or audio cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of session. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used. Contact us if you need guidance about longer clips.
Failure to attend the event will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the paid event registration fee. If iSixSigma is forced to cancel this event or any part of this event for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
